Monica is a mother of 6 daughters and grandmother to 6 grandkids. She is caring, loving, nurturing, generous, and detail-oriented. She knows what it takes to plan and design weddings, having done so for 4 of her girls thus far, plus some. And with the ability to also cater to your sweet-tooth and make it pretty while doing so, you could call her a jack of all trades. With Monica leading your team, your wedding will shine just as bright as that diamond of yours.
Grant Madden
Owner, Handy-Man, Builder, Designer, & Maintenance.
Grant is a father and grandfather, making his heart extra tender and open to all dreams of all sizes, especially those of his wife’s. He is strong, handy, smart, innovative, and with over 15 years working as a fire chief, he knows how to ensure that you and your guests are safe and protected at Iron Rose. With a license in drone usage, he can add to your experience by recording aerial footage of your special day. Grant will be a bonus father-figure to your wedding planning and executing process.
Katie Billstrom
Lead Photographer, Planner, Assistant Designer, Consultant.
With over 8 years of photographing weddings, Katie will be a strong asset to documenting your wedding day. A wife and mother of two young boys, she knows how to juggle many tasks at hand. Great at multi-tasking while paying close attention to detail, her work and process in providing you with excellent care will leave you fully satisfied. With a keen eye for candid moments, all of your love and emotions will surely be captured and preserved.

Elaina Moats
Executive Designer, Planner, Coordinating Assistant
Elaina is a wife and a mother of 2. She finds joy in being completely present in both of her children’s lives, working from home along with homeschooling to ensure the proper education and leadership she sees fit for her kids. She is detail-oriented, just like her mother, and amazing with dreaming and executing the most spectacular designs for parties and weddings. She’s been the leader on designing arches and floral arrangements for her sister’s and friends’ weddings. She also does a wonderful job designing for stylized photoshoots. You can trust that she will fulfill all of your visual aspirations for your wedding day and some, filling in gaps that you never knew existed. Her thoughtfulness and care to every task at hand will be a treasure to you.
